How it works

1. The advisor submits the claim. Vehicle, customer, complaint, cause, correction, parts and labor, on a structured form. Our scanner reads parts invoices and repair orders from a photo.
2. A ClaimRunners agent calls the warranty company. We navigate the phone tree, sit through the hold queue, and read the claim to the adjuster.
3. The result lands on the claim. Authorization number, approved amounts per line, the outcome, and the complete call recording with a transcript.
